So, this my Sekunde attempt at a fanfic. It was written before season 6, so it's kinda AU now :) If Du don't know the song 'Fix You' Von Coldplay, I highly recommend Du to listen to it before Lesen this oneshot. Read and review! ;)


Gregory House was sitting in his office, sorting his e-mails. He deleted the irrelevant ones in which he was invited to some kind of medical conferences. He saw that there was one letter from Wilson. Oh, great, he wants donation for the African orphans, again, he thought but still opened it. He got interested and clicked on the link.
In the 3-4 Minuten when he was listening to the music, a lot of emotions ran through his eyes, through his face and millions of thoughts became alive in his head. Once the song ended, he was just sitting at his schreibtisch and stared at the screen of his laptop. Suddenly his eyes lightened up, he jumped up from his seat, grabbed his jacke and despite his disability he hurried out of the office. He didn't even notice that he left his cane leaned against the desk.

Lisa Cuddy was sitting on her couch, contended. Today she was able to come Home early and she could spend some quality time with Rachel. Now her daughter was sleeping and Lisa was surfing on the net. Her laptop silently buzzed on the coffee tabelle and she was sitting cross-legged. Let's see my e-mails, she thought. Oh, great, Wilson send me something, again...

Lisa has heard this song a few times but she's never paid attention to the lyrics. Until now.

She tasted the salty wetness on her lips. She felt like Chris Martin is Singen about her. To her. She couldn't stop the video.

Lisa knew exactly who's the one who makes her special. Who makes her worth. Who with his jerky attitude makes her feel like a woman much Mehr than the ones always complimenting her. But why him?

House was driving insanely on his well-known route, and he couldn't get the song out of his head. But there was only one part he sagte out loud. I promise Du I will learn from my mistakes. It was now a mantra for him.
When he arrived, he stopped the engine and hurried upstairs to the porch. Maybe it was the adrenaline, maybe it was the excitement but he didn't feel any pain. And maybe it was that feeling which he tried to ignore for so long and now he couldn't hide it anymore.

Cuddy was sitting on her couch. Her eyes were closed, her shoulders were shaking and she was silently crying. Knock, knock, knock, she's heard. She didn't want to open the door. She didn't want anybody to see her like this. However something, an unknown force pulled her up on her feet, led her to the hall and then, she opened up the door.

They were standing there, watching the other. In their head the same song was playing:

And his bike was still there on her gateway in the morning...
