right now our closest bet is 5x23 "Under My Skin"
the promo picks really helped with this guess =]

At this point after all those conflicting spoilers, we have no idea on the exact episode that House and Cuddy sleep together. Most people think it's episode 23 Under My Skin, because of the promo pics that were released a couple of days ago, others think that it's going to happen this Monday on episode 22 House Divided, because they think that there is too much intimacy between them in those pics without having done it yet, and others believe that it happens in the season finale because when Lisa was asked about it on an interview, she just stated (avoiding the direct answer) that this episode (5x24 Both Sides Now) is her favourite with last season's finale. So basically, my answer doesn't help that much, but honestly, no one but the ones that work on set and the ones that have big mouth inside sources know! XD
