My Theory....What if?

What if, the hallucinations, weren't hallucinations? I know, from the season finale, they were confirmed as hallucinations, but what if DS is really playing with us? What if, in the two Stunde premiere of the sixth season on House, we see him have this huge epiphany in the Psychiatric Hospital in Mayfield and he realizes that from the point where he goes to work thinking they had sex till the point where he was admitted in the hospital actually was the hallucination/dream? What if after this epiphany, he wakes up and he's really lying Weiter to Cuddy? My theory is, what if the actual hallucination was flipped? What if everything after they had the sex was the hallucination but everything before the sex was real? I mean, I doubt this is where DS and KJ are leading to but...I've been thinking about it.
