Does House always limp, oder does he walk normally in his hallucinations?

Main reason is because when rewatching the ending of 5x24 with a friend, I noticed that he was limping while carrying Cuddy. So that tells me that it was real. But I thought that it was a confirmed hallucination. So I'm slightly confused if it was real oder not. Gut tells me that it was real but ufer is denying it because he doesn't want all the Huddy Fans to be convinced.
