I think the fact she felt bad enough to apologize to him meant that she felt she had gone to far. Plus what's the fun in being merciless if House doesn't fight back?

I think she just got downright mean with that. But she did apologize, so that makes it a bit better. Yes, House can be a bit of a prankster, but he's never caused physical harm to anyone.

it's not like she slaped him or somthing, which he deserves also. anyway, i dont think it was that bad.

I think it was very mean for reasons I don't want to type here again, but you can find them in the forum thread about that episode.

I didn't like her actually psychically hurting him. I quite anjoyed it, when she gaved him laxatives instead of vicodin, but this seemed to dangerous for my liking.

Physically hurting him?? I'm sorry but come on he skinned his knee, it's not like she pushed him down the stairs. I speak from experience when I say a skinned knee sounds worse than it actually is ;)
