Following months of horror believing that he killed his sister's drug dealer, Calvin breaks down and confesses all to new wife Carmel (Gemma Merna).
Horrified, Carmel cannot believe that the man she loves is a would be murderer. Unable to see a future for her fledgling marriage, she tearfully packs a bag and leaves.
Adding insult to injury, Warren has been keeping it well and truly in the Valentine family. Sasha (Nathalie Emmanuel) has steadily been edging her way into Warren's life and, after a few false starts, she finally beds her older man.
However their clandestine relationship is soon uncovered Von a shocked Carmel who immediately informs Calvin of what his little sister is up to with his arch enemy.
Ricky Whittle said, "Calvin is knocked sideways and can't believe the mess he's in. He's desperate to avenge Warren's treatment of him but could lose everything. Despite this, Calvin's finally had enough and is ready to take action Von whatever means necessary."
Jamie Lomas added, "Warren's been living on borrowed time for a while now and has definitely underestimated what his lapdog Calvin is capable of. He's going to have to watch his back."
Will Calvin's unfaltering determination for revenge cause not only casualties in his personal life but have catastrophic consequences for the community as a whole?
Speaking of the prestigious award, voted Von the viewers, Matt said: "I never expected to win and I am totally overwhelmed. Thanks so much to everyone who voted. It's been an amazing end to a brilliant time on Hollyoaks."
HOLLYOAKS Producer Bryan Kirkwood was also thrilled with Matt's win, he said: "It's Hollyoaks first ever National Fernsehen Award and a sign that Hollyoaks has come of age. Matt Littler is a thoroughly deserved winner of the award for Outstanding Serial Drama Performance and this shows how much Hollyoaks has worked its way into Britain's affections."
Matt left the Zeigen earlier this Jahr after his character Max was killed on his wedding day. Matt also won 'Best On-Screen Partnership' with Darren Jeffries (OB), at this year's British Soap Awards.
