Folding your arms, a chill traced your bare skin so Du slid off the couch to throw on a shawl, handbag clinging to you. You’d dressed for tonight because Feliciano sagte he’d take Du out dancing; not only was your dress picked out perfectly for the occasion, but your hair was curled and makeup done simply but beautifully. Du scowled as Du trucked into your room, passing Von a clock.

Slamming the door with a huff, assuming the wind blew it open, Du turned around only to have Feliciano spring upon Du and tackle Du into the door, smothering Du with kisses.
“Ve! I’m home! KISS me! KISS me!”
Flushing, surprised and caught off guard, Du exclaimed, “Hey! Y-you! You!” Du sputtered, trying to remove his romantic lips from yours—if Du weren’t careful, he would KISS away your grimace. “Where have Du been? You’re five minutes,” Du glanced at the clock to be sure, “late!”
“I know!” He gave Du that stupid, heart-melting smile. “But I had to wait for something!”
“Wait for what?” Du growled, giving him an unimpressed glower.
Golden-brown eyes puzzled, your little Italian smiled nonetheless. It was a good thing he didn’t take Du too seriously. “For the storm!” Feliciano pointed out the window. Snow piled around the windowpane, white specks the only thing Du could see in the black abyss.
Ah, Du understood, I had forgotten about the weather. Looks like a blizzard out there—it’s terrible!
Suddenly apologetic and embarrassed, your cheeks lit up and Du fell silent. Giggling, Feliciano took your chin in his hand and pulled your face vorwärts-, nach vorn for a sweet kiss. “Smile! Sei molto carina!” (You are very cute!) As his lips pressed pleasantly against yours, Du surrendered to his charm and hugged him tightly. Even when Du were wrong, he would forgive Du because he knew how much Du cared.
Hands sensually roving your body, he kissed your neck in earnest adoration and happy excitement. Embracing Du against his chest, he nuzzled your cheek with his nose and hummed something in Italian that Du didn’t quite catch. Looking into his joyful face, Du couldn’t help but to smile.
“I Liebe you, Feliciano,” Du whispered against his lips, Küssen him, “I’m happy you’re safe.”
“Mmm,” Feliciano pulled away, face mock-serious, “but I’ll only forgive Du on one condition!”
This piqued your curiosity. “One condition?” One eyebrow descended and your jaw hardened. What was he on about? Absentmindedly crossing your arms, Du waited as he gestured towards Du expectantly. An airheaded grin passed over his lips.
“Reach into your handbag and say yes!”
Frowning, Du glanced at your handbag and noticed it was propped open. Cautiously reaching in, uncertainties overwhelming, your fingers brushed a box and Du seized it, pulling it out. A ring box, Du noted, and your mind kicked into hyper drive, causing your cheeks to flare as Du opened it.
No way! This is—this is—!
“My Favorit gem!” Du exclaimed. “How did Du know?”
Feliciano laughed knowingly. “Silly, it’s Mehr than just that! Read the inscription!” Glancing back to the box, Du read the messily scrawled but adorable nevertheless words: “Io ti amo. Marry me, bella?” (I Liebe you. Marry me, beautiful?). Feliciano grinned at Du expectantly, rocking on his heels as exultant as could be. Knowing enough Italian to translate, Du met his easygoing smile.
“F-Feliciano!” Du reached for him, catching him and hugging him. Burying your face in his chest, Du exclaimed, “Yes! Of course I’ll m-m,” the words caught on your lips, voice thick with choked bliss, “marry you!” His laugh sounded about your head, a pleasant, tinkling sound, and when Du looked up at him, his mouth met yours as he delivered another heart-stopping kiss.“I Liebe you.”
