I actually don't like fighting monsters in either the wizarding or Percy Jackson's world. They're kind of...dangerous and can cause you lots of pain, maim you or even kill you...

yer but at camp-half blood, there's ambrosia and nector, and when you die as a half-blood while killing a monster, you die a heroic death and you get Eysilum, that's why being a half-blood is waaaay better[fyi if you haven't read the percy jackson books, eysilum is the unlimited party head-quarters in the underworld] . what do you get when you die a heroic death as a wizard?

Both, but I like the characters (students & teachers) more, and I'd slightly prefer hanging around with them than the Percy Jackson characters (although I love them, too. <3) I also think Hogwarts is cozier. :P Plus, I'd like to think Hogwarts is a bit safer, so I have a lower chance of getting killed at Hogwarts because we're not exactly required to fight monsters. I don't care how heroic my death is, I just don't want a death in the first place. And on top of all that, I'd have a wand, and while I love swords too, you can do way more things with a wand than you can do with a sword. Heck, if anyone at Hogwarts feels like sword-fighting they can just accio the Gryffindor sword. Then they'd have a wand AND a sword.

And I don't remember what an Eysilum is (I must be not that far into the books yet), but by the sound of it I'd rather rest in peace.

eh, I guess people have different opinions, but I'd prefer camp half-blood. @Articwolf, at hogwarts, you have quiddich and the sword of griffindor, but only a griffindor can use that sword, but as a half-blood, everyone uses a sword. And for quiddich, like the only game at hogwarts, you have to be chosen and you have a limit in players, at Camp half-blood, Capture the flag, any half-blood can play if they wanted to. And it's not as dangerous to watch. And if you're under attack at Camp half-blood, we have a magic shield that protects the camp from Thalia's pine. And we have the golden fleece to keep the pine alive and healthy. They don't need trolls to protect camp half-blood

@flamemouth27: I always thought the capture the flag games were more dangerous to watch. xD And I don't mind the limited player rules for Quidditch - it's not like I'd ever play. And yes, Camp Half-Blood has protection, but monsters still get in, just like Hogwarts still gets invaded. I think the thing about Camp Half-Blood that makes not want to live there is the fact that almost everybody's required to be a little athletic, which I am definitely not. Even if it's not usually what they do, they're still demigods who need at least a little athletic training. I'd rather go to a school and learn a lot of stuff in the safety of a classroom than train with other people. Fighting with wands doesn't require much athletic skill. I'm more of a sit-back-and-let-other-people-fight-while-I-go-write-a-novel-about-their-experience type of person. xD
