Pretty much everything is better in its book version. Except perhaps Snape. I'd pick movie Snape over book Snape any day(:

Harry & Ron's bond doesn't come across well in the movies. Harry & Hermione appear to be the best friends most of the time, instead of Harry & Ron. Starting with the POA movie, Hermione starting to be more prominent over Ron. This is most noticeable, in my opinion, at the end of the HBP movie. The focus is on Harry & Hermione, and Ron is just sitting in the background.

I Love both, but personally I choose the movie version of the trio because you can definatley see the real friendship between them. Hermione in the book version was a little too snobby and Ron seemed too lazy [even though it's his character pretty much] But this is my opinion though!
