I LOVE the Harry Potter Series! It's fantastic! But I also LOVE the Percy Jackson Series!!! But really, Percy is nothing compared to Harry... sorry Percy! Don't take it presonally! =D

Percy Jackson was a very good series, but I do not think it can stand on the same level as Harry Potter. It is difficult to explain in a comment, but mostly it is, for me, the writing styles. Rowling is just that much better.

Okay, I have read the series, and they are good. However, it is no where CLOSE to Harry Potter, both book and character wise. In my opinion, the only thing that can threaten Harry Potter is Lord of the Rings.

Percy Jackson is VERY good, probably my 3rd or 4th favorite series and I've read A LOT! But Percy Jackson has nothing on Harry Potter, I read the sires at the same time as I was HP and I would go back and forth on which I liked better, it wasn't till after I fished HP did I realize it was THE BEST THING EVER<3
