Daniel because anyone whose smart can see the intensity his character has..he potrays it so well..anyne can play a lovesick vampire but playing a young wizard who lost his parents and has to kill the most feared dark wizard..thats a hard character to pull off..and daniel did it wonderfully

I agree, Twilightfan, he's a good actor, and besides it's easy to portray a vampire who is just love drunk and looks like a zombie polar bear who's fast and strong, whereas he's not. Apparently Robert Pattinson cannot make eye contact as having difficulty with it, wherein he's probably the crappiest vampire actor out there, he's outdone by Sesame Street if you ask me. All those filthy Twihards out there only care about how Edward Cullen looks like as well as other so-called Lush guys in Twilight, whereas they are blinded by the fact that every single Twilight book and/or movie completely sucks. My best friend is in love with Harry Potter, movie, book and character, and I appreciate that about her, because just who looks better Harry, or Edward? And one more thing, PEOPLE EDWARD CULLEN DOES NOT LOOK LUSH, I REPEAT, DOES NOT LOOK LUSH, he's the ugliest vampire known to man, followed by Dracula (see, even Dracula looks better)!!!

none of them. cant really pick between them. they are both awful characters. Daniel makes Harry look so selfcentered, and his obvious attempts at trying to get more roles after harry potter by proving he is a versatile actor ruin scenes like the bathtub one, where more than anything it should have been funny instead of a crude fanservice. and edward cullen is an awful character in literature history to begin with, egotistical, narcissitic, and void of personality because meyer founded so much interesting to describe his chagrined adonislike beauty than actually giving him a backstory. and robert seems like he loathes himself for being part of tis every second in scene. I like him because of having good literature tastes but, if you are an actor, you have to cope with your excentricities and play even dumbplain edward.

unfortunatley, i have to disagree, i've always imagined harry as a brave, smart talking, fun, and outgoing person. Daniel portrays him as brave only, he can be funny, but mostly he just loks awkward. However, I think of Edward as a strange phycopathic stalker, which is exactly how Robert portrays him. (rob's words, not mine)

I think there both pretty good as the characters to be honest...I really don't really blame Robert for how he acted in Twilight, thats just his character. In New Moon, he over-acted playing Edward.
Dan isn't perefect or anything-but he does his characer justice.

Ok, I hate Twilight and I hate Edward, but ive never liked Dan's portrayal of Harry, it makes me cringe.. I like Harry in the books though.

The scene after Sirius dies was so intense I was crying at the end of it. Plus it was muted because it was apparently too agonizing. That, for me, is getting into the skin of the character.

^Agree.....I cryed soooo much after that scene....and when he said all of thos things about his parents to Hlughorn...GOD!That made me cry.It's like he really is Harry and he really lost his parents!
