After viewing a decent number of articles, questions, and Foren on this site, I realize that all who say that these two series cannot be compared are right. The two are different genres and therefore are difficult to compare.
I will say that I am a die-hard, never give in Harry Potter Fan who would not be caught dead Lesen Twilight. But that is my opinion. It seems to me that Twilight Fans are never gegeben the chance to fully explain the reasons they prefer Twilight because the Harry Potter Fan base does not allow them to do so. We have become so used to dealing with the hardcore Fans that we fail to remember that not all Twilight Fans are like this. I have no issue with a good, healthy Debatte in which the participants of both sides behave maturely and avoid demeaning the other side, but all I ask is that we do not immediately put down the other side for liking a different series.
We as Harry Potter Fans are entitled to our opinions that we prefer Harry Potter over Twilight, and the Twilight Fans are entitled to their opinion of the opposite. I have seen battles like this with other things as well. In one instance, I saw a battle between tow versions of a musical that were 30 years apart. I will say here what I sagte there: due to the different styles, one can say a version is PREFERABLE, but not necessarily better.
What we find better in our opinions are just those: opinions. Nothing more. I do not see why we Fans cannot put these differences aside, agree to disagree, and just Bewegen on with life. I see no reason why the Harry Potter Fan base and the Twilight Fans cannot just live together and keep their opinions. No one can change a persons mind but that person. So I say we drop the all out battle and Bewegen on. If Du want to have a healthy debate, oder a joking battle with Friends of the opposite Fan base, I say go for it. But forget the full throttle battle in which nothing happens but Fans trashing the opposite series. That is how I feel. Please Kommentar and tell me what Du think. This is my first article, but do not hold back for that reason.
P.S. I apologize for any grammatical errors I may have made. I do the best I can with it. It is one of my biggest problems when I write essays.
