George constantly MIA (I wonder if anyone will notice he's gone...), Derek Shepherd is suddenly depressed because of a patient he lost, McSteamy and Little Grey are getting it on, Cristina and Owen could be happy together but noooo, and Callie keep on ranting about Arizona.
