For me Calzona was the saddest part of these episode.I am glad that Callie find out,but not the way she found out.I thought Arizona will tell her,I am so sad that Arizona became so selfish.I understand that he lost leg,but what about others?Mer lost her sister,Callie her best friend and father of her daughter and none of them cheated her spouse.

It was sad to see Callie and Arizona at the end of the finale, but it wasn't as sad as seeing Richard Webber laying on the floor with his clothing smoking. I have a feeling he's going to be the latest character to be killed off. I'm still ticked off about Mark Sloan dying as he was my favorite character on the series!!

It was heartbreaking.

This one most ,I mean yes the break-ups/talks were obviously really really sad but his life is at risk and I love his character and I hope he is gonna be ok ....
Also I was so sad for Callie and Cristina :(((

This scene broke my heart because one, these two are my GA otp<33 but also because I was 100% convinced (I guess I was in an optimistic mood) that Cristina went into the room to tell Owen that she wanted kids, so when she broke up with him I felt my heart break. Plus, Richard laying on the floor probably dead, was pretty sad too.

I never cared about Callie/Arizona so I didn't care about them breaking up. Callie deserves SO MUCH better than Arizona.
Webber, well, I already knew what would happen to him and even though I like him, I don't think I'll miss him if he dies.
However, seeing Crowen breaking up really made me sad. That's the only couple left (except Japril that I really like) that I care about.
