Hmmm. I am not really sure because what one can do the other can but I think they are kinda equal. I would only say that the only thing Sooyoung has over Seohyun is acting and variety talent

Sooyoung can sings well,a great dancer,good actress,songwriter,fluent in 2 languages and conversational english,MC-ing, good imitator, can play viola (a bit)
