I don't hate Joey! I just like him less than I have done in the past. I think when I was younger I didn't really understand alot of the jokes, etc so I always found Joey who was quite simple, SO funny. But now, meeeh.

I agree with the above, Joey was my fave when I started watching the show cause I thought he was so funny, but now I think all of them, except Rachel, are funnier than Joey. But yeah, I could never hate any of them, but Rachel used to be my fave female character, probably cause she was so pretty and popular, but now she's my least favourite.

I like them all. I guess, I find Monica sometimes annoying, and sometimes I don`t like Joey, but overall I still love them.

I don't hate him, but they made him more stupid as the show went on. In the last seasons he did things 'early' Joey wouldn't do.

love them all .I don't hate.But the only one I noticed a change from the beginning seasons to the end seasons was chandler.He seemed to be less masculine.when him and monica got together thats when I noticed a change,but I still love chandler and wouldn't have the show changed

Used to be one of my favourites, now one of my least. He sorta changes though, sometimes I really like him and other times I don't as much. In the later seasons he becomes TOO stupid and annoying (in my opinion) whereas in the earlier he was stupid but loveable.

"Hate" is not really the right word. It was a moment (in season 7, I'm guessing) where I really disliked him - his "ZOMG I love Rachel~!" phase - and whenever he said how much he felt bad for Ross for feeling this way towards Rachel, I had the urge to punch him lol.

I agree about that. Just like Phoebe, she became meaner...actually, most of them probably did, but those two most notably. But when it comes to Monica they enjoyed exaggerating her bossiness and OCDish tendencies a lot more as time went by.

All though it doesn't really serve as a valid reason, I'd like to believe that a part of it had to do with her feeling more relaxed about just being herself and letting all the crazy out since she wasn't trying to hook a guy anymore (she did after all hide her neat-freak stuff from Richard because she was afraid that he wouldn't love her if he knew)
