I was so used to the old one, the worst part is the banner though, maybe they'll change it back.

Nothing really. Caught me by surprise when I first logged in today.

It's about time this site introduced some change. And I see the search tab on my page, I dunno what is wrong with other people's page though.

Why would my profile need a search bar?

I have nothing against the new profile page :)

The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that their main color is supposedly green, but all I see is blue and silver everywhere...
Now not a huge fan of the new profile look, probably just because I was soo used to the other look though.. Meh.

Actually I like the new profile page. But I really miss the list of my favourite things(e.g. tv shows, movies, books). It was really helpful. Can we have it back?

I VERY MUCH prefer this one to go back to its place on the left side of the screen so that I won't have to keep on scrolling down to see my damn wall.

And Favourites, showcase, fans...on the right side, which is really awkward.

I have no idea what the search bar option is in reference to. Is it that people wanted a search bar specifically for profiles? Or do you mean that the club search bars are gone?

And and the space for personal information has reduced dramatically, unless you don't have any information in there at all, I guess. But I am extremely disappointed that we can't personalise our profiles much anymore. Having space to talk about the things we love on our profiles seemed like a nice compromise between uniform profile looks and extreme customising on sites like MySpace or Tumblr. I thought that was cool that we could individualise our profiles without Fanpop having to bring in blinking backgrounds and colour schemes. Seems a shame to ditch that model.

It's all looking too much like Facebook ! I hope I Fanpop doesn't get as intrusive as that site because I would consider leaving if it ever does :(

I agree with your first comment, Makintosh. But really I just hate everything about the new layout. >:(
