Why can't I send an answer to a question?

I want to help a person's Frage but I can't send an answer but Du all send a answer. But I can't do this! Even though I press the Abschicken new response button, it is not sent. So how do I do this?

I'm sorry, I don't understand the Frage then. What sort of answer are Du trying to send? I thought it was an Answer to a Frage like this.
