Why is Fanpop talking away 5 of my Gold coins even if I'm voting in a club I already joined?

It has cost 5 golds to vote on an Icon oder banner poll, regardless of whether oder not you're a member of that club, for at least as long as I've been a member here. Maybe there's something about being able to vote in these Umfrage for free if Du have reached a certain medal level? I'm not sure.

It costs to vote in every election pick, whether you've joined oder not.
