What exactly makes a pending club become an official club?

I know that a club has to have an Icon and banner first, and that it needs to have a certain amount of content and fans/members first. Are there any other requirements? Is the exact number of Fans and contributions known, oder does it differ from club to club, oder at different times? Does it matter whether the contributions are of different types - images, videos, Artikel etc?

It’s probably Mehr related to contributions, Mehr specifically how often they are added and how beliebt they are. I think Clubs that generate Ansichten regularly have Mehr chances to turn into official clubs. But of course those are just speculations. Not sure if everyone has ever solved the pending club mystery.
