Is there any reason why a banner and Icon would not be added to a club even after the Umfrage has closed?

Suggested banner and Icon Umfrage have been closed for 2 weeks now and they have not been updated with the winning ones. Other groups i've seen get updated after a few days.

Who else/which groups has this happened to?
