What is a "dedicated" oder "die-hard" fan? i saw that on someones Profil how much do Du have to do in a Fan club to be a dedicated oder die-hard fan?

i was checking out someones Profil after giving them a Requisiten for this article. it had the Liste of club she was in and underneath it said;

*dedicted Fan logo* in 6 club *die-hard Fan logo* in 1 club


can one explain how that works? i take she adds alot of stuff to Clubs oder somthing like that but how much does it take to be a dedicated fan?
