Can Du Upload a picture onto Fanpop from an iPod oder iPad?

I'm on an iPad and I want to change my Profil picture

Me too. But not on an iPad since I don't own one. Since I have an iPod touch, I can't Upload a pic for my profile. I doubt I can't even change a picture either. I wish they could fix that.
