Can oder will the F4 change a Motto for a club in the same manner they do for banners and icons?

I want to start a club Motto contest for a club where the creator is no longer active, but I don't want to end up issuing just another Requisiten contest where all Du get are props, but a real reward like having his oder her Motto voted on and appearing at the oben, nach oben of the club for all to see and enjoy. I assume the answer would be yes, but I want to be absolutely sure before issuing the contest, oder bothering them (the F4) with the request.
