I definitely think Luce has a bigger role and the balance thing actually depends Mehr on her than Daniel. I think the big thing is how Luce and Daniel met originally, like the first first time and I have feeling that once we know that everything will change.

I read something on the net about how Luce is actually a fallen Angel – Jäger der Finsternis herself, and she and Daniel are the first of the Engel to fall in love. Daniel's punishment was to remain an immortal grounded for eternity, while Luce's punishment is to be reincarnated over and over again as a mortal who knows nothing about her real self, oder what she used to be anyway. That's why Luce "died" from the starshot that Cam fired in Torment. If she was just a mortal, she wouldn't be harmed Von the starshot, as it had been sagte in torment that it is only lethal to angels.
