Dru or Darla. It'd be interesting to see Faith fighting against Dru's hypnosis, and since I ship Spike/Faith I could see them both fighting over him.

I think Faith fighting Buffy would be a bit too predictable, and we've already seen it. Fighting any of the human, non-Slayer women would be too easy. Fighting Glory would be too hard without help, so realistically I think she'd die there.
