That means no dairy products, no meat, nothing that contains animal. If Du were to go Vegan once a week, that would be saving our Tiere Mehr then Du realize. I did mention about going Vegan in an Artikel in Health Magazine. So please take a part of Earth Tag in your local city, look up Earth Tag in your city and find something that can help out our world.
