Drawing Frage

i need some help with drawing.

for about two years i have been working on drawing but i just can't seem to do anything from the oben, nach oben of my head. everytime i try the person turns out terrible. the only thing i can really draw is my persona but even that's geting worse. any tips? this is honestly the best pic i have drawn with out anything to base off of.

Try drawing in a different style. I was really bad at drawing for awhile, but then I started drawing Anime and I'm really good at that.
