Do Du think it's unfair that girls can't transform in super saiyan?

I know it's a Toriyama-sensei decision, but I still think it's unfair. Bra is a half-saiyan like Gohan, Trunks and Goten, so she could become a ssj; Pan is strong even she's just 1/4 saiyan, she could become ssj at least at first level. So, this is my opinion, give me yours!

I find it a great injustice, but think how boring it would have been with Pan super saiyan, Goku is the main character, so he cann't be weak, so we should see scenes in which Pan proves her self stronger than Trunks :/ I think they did that for the stereotype of the girl in danger (Like Bulma in the first series).
