It has to be The Parting of the Ways for me. Although, Doomsday comes in a close second because it makes me sob everytime I watch it!

Last of the Time Lords was a really good ending. I loved the part when the Doctor was screaming for the Master the Regenerate. I cried. In my opinion, it's the best one, but The Parting of Ways comes in close second. Even though i love them all.

this is such a sad episode but i love it. i loved the story of the action and on the personal level for the characters. i really loved the parting of the ways too for this reason too. i cried more on this one though. i didnt really like the last of the time lords episode

I won't lie. I cry almost every finale. X3

The Master dying in series 3 was sad, certainly...but Rose and The Doctor getting ripped apart just like that after you thought she'd made the decision to stay was just...gah. Best way to describe it. xP

Really tough choice.... parting of the ways wins through for me because of the genius of the Bad Wolf thread, and Rose absorbing the great power, and eccleston's farewell speech.... I loved it.

Second place: Doomsday was much more emotional and I think that farewell is possibly the most powerful scene I have ever seen.

Thirdly Last of the time Lords, for the Doctor pleading with The Master, but mostly the fantastically brilliant revelation that Cap'n Jack is the Face of Bo! Genius... just genius.

That was so sad!

One word: AMAZING!

Doomsday was way too sad! But it was what actually got me into Doctor Who in the first place.

It was way more exiting than the others.

I cried and cried for ages afterwards when the Master died in the Doctor's arms. Really, I was inconsolable!!!

I cried my eyes out in that one the scene on the beach has to be the saddest EVER!

but last of the timelords was great as well.
the part when the master was shot and the dr begging him to regenerate was really sad.

very close between 1 and 3. even though 2 was my favourite overall series.

I MISS DAVID TENNAT , THIS WAS TRULY THE BEST ENDING TO A SERIES( well the 2009 series) PLEASE GET MORE VOTES ON THIS

I loved this so much. I cried for hours!!! I did like seeing matt smith for the first time though. I fell apart at "I don't want to go!"
