Either Cinderella or Pocahontas I think. I chose Cinderella because I think living in servitude with her stepmother has really made her feel her mother's absence, even though her mother seems to have been dead for most of her life.

^I think that maybe people misinterpreted the question and chose her because she looks like her mother.

I always had an inkling that they were very close. IF she and Cindy were alive at the same time at any point.

Swanpride picked Pocahontas:
Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Mulan and Tiana seem to be very much "daddies daughter" to me. Mulan seems to be closer to her grandmother than to her mother.
It's not mentioned in the movie, but in the fairy tale, Snow White's mother died directly after her birth, so no time for any deep connections. I'm not sure about Cinderella, aside from the dress, her mother is never mentioned. If it were based on the German fairy tale I would choose her, but since it's based on the french version *shrugs*.
Aurora and Rapunzel have both the problem that they didn't know their parents their whole life. I think that Aurora will always feel closer to the three fairies than to her real parents. Rapunzel on the other hand might launch onto her real mother, after the everything what happend with Mother Gothel, so she is my second choice.
But my first choice is Pocahontas. Although her mother is already death, too, she gets mentioned a couple of times in the movie. Pocahontas is apparently similiar to her in spirit. She goes to grandmother willow just like her mother did before (which leaves me wondering, is she the only one who knows about this place?).

disneyprince picked Pocahontas:
This question is difficult to determine because the only princesses that have any interaction with their mothers their entire movie are Mulan and Tiana because they are living and are part of the story (I don't count Aurora or Rapunzel because they are never even shown talking to their mothers). I find it funny though that Disney shows the closeness between the daughters and fathers instead of mothers, even when their mothers are alive. I get the feeling though that Pocahontas was close to her mother. I think Ariel would have been too if her mother lived longer.
