She's adventurous, brave and gutsy, fun, impulsive and cares about junk like people.
Those are all traits I'd say a companion needs. 8D Rapunzel too, they'd both be good. Or Pocahontas, because she's wise on top of that.

I've got to see when it's on BBC America. I've been wanting to see it, and now that SGU's gone and Fringe is on it's way out, I need a new sci-fi show to obsess over.

@lullaby: What firegirl said. The Doctor is a really old alien dude {lulz} that travels in his TARDIS {time and relative dimensions in space} which is a time machine and a spaceship. He always has a human companion with him who, when female, usually have at least some sexual tension. His face regenerates, which means he can be played infinitely by different actors. 8D
OH, also, Doctor Who is probably one of the most popular pieces of British TV in the world, having won numerous awards and still holding the title of longest running sci-fi series since the first episode, The Unearthly Child, was broadcast on 23rd November 1963 at 5.15pm, aka the day after JFK was assassinated.

I haven't see Dr. Who, but I remember something like it except it it had two kids with him. Of course this was the early 90's, so I don't remember anything other then that.

Anyways, I don't watch t.v. that much, so I have no plans of watching it.

Rapunzel would have SO much fun. She wanted to see the floating lights... yeah, just take her up in space, she'd love it :D And she could totally beat up aliens with her hair... yeah, they wouldn't stand a chance. Unless it was a Dalek. Or Vashta Nerada.
