Well, Ariel's is lust, but I'm sure she loved him too. But Belle, yea, seemed to truly love Beast for who he was and not his looks. Ariel thought Eric was hot XD (but I can sympathize)

Ariel's "love" was more of fascination. She was fascinated by humans, and Eric was the first good-looking man she saw (because let's face it, Grimsby and the sailors weren't much to look at). She sacrificed her voice and fins to get on land (where she wanted to be anyway) over a guy she just met (and she did really even meet him, there was no conversation, just sight).
