Well, maybe, since Atlantis is based on a legend, but she is also not even close to being a leading lady, the movie is half over before she even shows up and then she spend a lot of the time left in trance.

I like Kida and it's bad enough they ruined the other hand drawn princesses with this computer animation style. Heck, even the ones that were CGI characters look BAD in this.

If it was a successful movie, I do think she'd be a member. They'd probably promote her in the blue dress she wears at the end of the movie.

Yes, it's all about the money at the end of the day, plus what little kids want. I'm not sure tho if she fits any of the quotas- I don't know if she's popular with kids and doesn't belong to any real racial demographic to appeal to like Tiana or Mulan.
