No DP movie has scared me, but that bear from The Fox and The Hound did.

That scene in which Jafar takes over and Aladdin/Jasmine have to bow to him, destruction occurs, etc... that made me really stressed watching it as a kid.

Ursula's death in the Little Mermaid makes me have a phobia of swimming!

The Evil Queen in Snow White scared the crap out of me as a kid. It's one of the main reasons why she's one of my favorite villains now, because very few villains have succeeded in truly scaring me.

The Dark Forest Scene in Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, that scene alone made not wanting to watch the movie for a long time until I was almost 13 years old, today it's one of my favorite scenes in the movie along with the ending scene
