Jasmine is definitely intelligent, but i believe she doesn't use her intelligence much. Also, running away without any knowledge did show badly on her intelligence a lot. The fact that it was a conscious decision makes me question her intelligence a lot. Also, she gave an apple from a stranger's shop without knowing how to pay for it was also not an intelligent move. She was lucky to have been saved by Aladdin. She definitely is quick to learn but still didn't question Jafar who had claimed to sentenced Aladdin, but then she saw him again and didn't question anything on that front from anyone.
Also, she didn't question if Aladdin was actually Prince Ali and he only dressed as a commoner, why were royal guards after him and why would Jafar would order to imprison him.
It was also not intelligent to insult the suitors, she could have refused them politely as well to avoid any negative relations with neighbouring kingdoms. She didn't exercise her rights as a princess in right direction but was mostly emotional about how things weren't fair from her position and perspective. I didn't see her spending time in palace productively either. She was inherently clever and smart but hardly practiced it.
Rapunzel seems pretty rational, figuring out quickly how to ‘imprison’ Eugene and then bribe him into getting what she wanted, as well as immediately realizing that the bar did not seem safe, showing she wasn’t too naïve. She didn’t seem to pick up on Eugene’s character in the beginning but she definitely picked up on when he started having feelings for her so I think her emotional intelligence is so-so. Her survival skills seem pretty good for someone locked in a small tower her whole life and she is clearly incredibly intellectually curious, using her free time to figure out an eclectic mix of hobbies and subjects. The fact that she branches out in such a diverse way, and is so successful in so many areas, shows a combination of hard work and talent so I think her IQ is at least average if not more so.
I honestly think that Jasmine is one of the most intelligent princesses, even if she lets her emotions get the best of her a lot of times. She seems negatively biased towards the princes but I think this is because she has experienced so much negativity with Jafar and other previous princes as well as having a lack of experiences with others positively. For this reason, I think she is emotionally smart when it comes to suspecting someone but not as emotionally smart when it comes to trusting someone. She picks up on many things that Aladdin says that come off very smart but there are also some blatant inconsistencies on his part to her which she never addresses, which conflicts with her best moments. She seems somewhat intellectually curious, not the most but not the least. I think her running away without any knowledge of her kingdom was not smart but aside from that, I think she is incredibly clever and a very quick learner with a likely slightly above average IQ.
Pocahontas is definitely a very wise princess to me, it’s what stands out about her the most to me. I think she is incredibly rational and logical, especially for someone who is so spiritual. After all, she was thinking with her head when Grandmother Willow told her to listen to her heart instead. I see this as showing that Pocahontas’ head is smarter than her heart (as she relies on it more naturally) but that her heart is smart too. When Pocahontas was faced with life-changing decisions/opportunities/etc, she always looked to those who had more life experience for advice on what to do. I think this was so wise of her to do and showed her emotional smartness as well as she knew whose opinions to trust and how to weigh them against each other. Pocahontas did a lot of discernment in her film which, I think, displayed a lot of her intelligence and survival skills. Additionally, she was able to learn English from John Smith magically fast and communicate with him. She seemed incredibly interested in learning about his foreign culture which I think shows her high level of intellectual curiosity as well. I think Pocahontas definitely has an above average IQ.
Mulan is a very uniquely intelligent princess to me who has all of the markings of intelligence and easily one of the most intelligent if not the most. Her chess skills showed her rational book, emotional, IQ and improvisational smartness as well as intellectual curiosity since she wanted to challenge herself spontaneously by joining and subsequently ending the game with a checkmate. She was emotionally smart as she was able to pick up being a man so well and able to adapt quickly and understand the different form of discipline and communication at the camp. When fighting with the Huns in the snow, she showed remarkable intelligence when she thought out of the box to create the avalanche, taking out almost all of the Huns and seemingly taking them all out. Furthermore, she was also able to come up with a quick plan disguising Yao, Ling and Chien-Po as women and figuring out a way to defeat Shan Yu. I think Mulan has a very high IQ, well above average.
