I realize that it's not as good as the original animation but that doesn't mean it's bad just because it's a different style. The style goes with the movie because it's the style most Christmas movies have. I mean when you look at animated Christmas movies it's animation is similar to this, in fact their animation isn't as good. It has a lot of artistic style because when you see the scene for the song Stories, that is all hand drawn with such DETAIL that it deserves respect. There are so many beautiful backgrounds and the animation is just so beautiful.

I know the characters are animated differently but they're drawn wonderfully, Belle has just one gorgeous face instead of hundreds of different ones. Plus the detail with having rosie checks on female characters and the animation on Angelic is just fantastic. It's actually much better animation than several movies that are praised for their animation. I think if this movie was somehow it's own movie and not a sequel or anything people would praise the animation and the movie itself. It's a very unique artistic style and absolutely beautiful. I know people will say I'm crazy but when I was watching it my mouth was hanging open with how beautiful the animation is and in puzzlement for how people think the animation and the movie itself is awful. All of their complaints I don't see AT ALL!

I don't think it's bad, but I don't love it or anything either

It's my favorite Christmas movie and if I added sequels to my favorite movies, it would be my second favorite movie. I don't know why so many people don't like it, but I love it!

It's good, much better than some non-Disney animated movies, but I still have to find a Disney movie in the official canon that has worse animation than a sequel.

I knew this was a KataraLover question. :D I'm glad this movie has some loyal fans.
This isn't quite accurate of an opinion because, it's been a while. Overall, the animation is average, not as lovely as the original, but I remember certain scenes- Stories, the Enchantress, and the defeat of Forte being mind-blowing and unique!

I guess, the character animation is horrible in that movie. Thought theres were some scenes where the landscapes was nice.
