I think she would find the fact that Ariel kind of "betrayed" her father super appalling, since Anna loves her parents. Ariel just has a lot of moments Anna would find terrible, and that she did this all for a man she just met would probably make Anna remind of her past self and make her want to help her.

Reason being that Tiana has no time for fun, just like Elsa didn't.

she would think mulan is too mopey and insecure and maybe boring
also tiana is very realistic and sensible, totally different from ana
