She and Belle could be twins, so if one is overrated, they both probably are. She's very generic looking too.

Vastly. I find her looks very inconsistent - sometimes she looks cute, sometimes pretty (though never beautiful), while other times she just looks weird... for example the scene where she shows the dinglehopper to Scuttle - link - among other scenes.

If she looked like this for the duration of the movie - link - then she'd be much higher up on my prettiest list.
