Both are practically perfect, but Sleeping Beauty is my favorite animation ever! I love the style like a medieval painting!

It does have lovely animation.

BY FAR! I'm just in love with the animation in sleeping beauty. It truly is a moving painting, it's just so flawless and revolutionary. The Jungle Book is good, but nothing special IMO.

Honestly I think both have very bland animation

I understand that the colors in Sleeping Beauty are seen as bland, but really when you look at the backgrounds and see all the detail it really is amazing, and I actually really like the color theme.

Not for me. The backgrounds look like something from a Broadway stage and not realistic looking to me. It looks cheesy and fake to me. To me the colors are bland and dull, the back grounds look weird to me, and the animation makes the characters look funny.

I never said they weren't detailed, you obviously need some glasses since you can't read. I said I don't like the backgrounds because they don't look realistic and look really fake and cheesy to me.

dclairmont was talking about the detail and that they were very detailed, and you were disagreeing with dclairmont.

No she was praising the detail and I was saying how the detail didn't cut it for me. I prefer more realistic looking backgrounds.

By far! Sleeping Beauty has gorgeous and unique animation. The Jungle Book is nothing special imo.

Sleeping Beauty's is really gorgeous in my opinion. Jungle Book's is nice, but its much stronger in other areas.

Jungle book's animation is really bad quality and bland. Sleeping beauty is not one of my favorite animations but it is much more detailed and impressive than jungle book's.

It's so unique. There's nothing even remotely similar to this artistic masterpiece.

Alright, so I'm now feeling the need to explain my love for The Jungle Book. The characters are pretty ordinary for Disney, but I really love the backgrounds. I love the way they look like watercolor and, as opposed to Sleeping Beauty, lack a lot of detail. I like the more basic look they have.

I see your point, but IMO that just looks like the characters are placed on the background and it doesn't look like they belong. It just doesn't mesh well, the characters just seem like they're on top of the background not in it.
