Sometimes I really really don't like Belle. I get irritated that she wants adventure so bad, and then she just doesn't go for it. I understand she doesn't want to leave her Dad behind, but why couldn't she just go? Idk.
But she's brave, and smart, and there is just something about her that makes me like her.

I LOVE her! :) she's smart, kind,confident, strong, funny, stubborn, kind, independent, brave, friendly, selfless, curious, dreamer,brave, elegant and she cares about the people she loves

I love her! She's very high on my list. She is kind and cares a lot about her loved ones.

She's okay

I love that she does not give a damn about what everybody says about her and goes about her life. I like how she is calm (mostly), and wants more of herself. She is respectful, which goes a long way, but had other traits than that

She's my third favorite, something about her just makes me love her.

I don't think she is perfect. I see her flaws and think they make her better. I love her stubbornness, love of reading, her determination, curiosity, and loyalty.

Closer to the bottom of my list, however, I definitely so NOT dislike her. She isn't particulary unique or refreshing and it's deeply problematic that her supposed moral/intellectual superiority is established in the movie at the expense of bringing down and undermining every other character's intelligence, however, I do appreciate her bravery and imaginative personality.

The second one of the three, the favourite of the Renaissance era...I guess, because that girl that works through the street, the nose in the book, that used to be me. And I like her curiosity (her biggest strength and biggest flaw at the same time).

Agreed with maryksand. She's boring to me. However, while I used to detest her, after reading stuff about her here I don't dislike her nearly as much. She's still in maybe my bottom 3 but I respect her more and even like things about her. she minds her manners and is polite even when Gaston is rude. but she's still unoriginal, and her flaws often exaggerated, but mostly her book-love making her supposed the "intelligent" one is. it doesn't make her smart. she doesn't even read very complex books.

I know people say she has flaws so she isn't a Mary Sue but I disagree. The filmmakers obviously had no intention of giving her flaws. we're supposed to side with her constantly, even when she's snobby about the villagers, to when she justifies her nosy, disobedient behavior. she's supposed to be in the right, and she actually was not. But we're supposed to see her as perfect. her flaws aren't supposed to be acknowledged, which annoys me.

She was my other favorite princess when I was a child especially the dance in the ballroom. I also love books and I related to her (I still do).

She's good. Sometimes she annoys me, but mostly she's lovely.

I've always loved Belle. She's intelligent, kind, determined and loyal. I also think she's an amazing role-model and I can really relate to her.
