Pretty obvious I guess. I can picture Tiana spending her evenings like that as well, but not Cinderella (after a hour of reading she would want to do something different, like cooking or cleaning or anything else) or Ariel (who would prefer something more active or fun). Rapunzel I can picture reading though because Gothel didn't give her many books to read and now that she's free from her she would want to make up for the lack of knowledge in that departement and I can picture her reading a lot.

it depends. if belle would be still living in the town i would say her.
if we´re talking after the movies, i think she would want to do "something more". she loves to read, yes, but people forget that reading was her escape from real life as well and living in the castle she would be able to do things she wasn´t able to before.

i pick snow white because i like to imagine that she would love to re-read books her mother would have read to her and to catch up the studying she couldn´t do in the years she had to live as a maid.
