The Brothers Grimm

Since I had written Hans Christian Andersen, now it is his German counterparts. The Brothers Grimm, I know that many of their stories are dark and sinister. But, I'm sure that Disney will know how to handle it!

1) The Twelve Brothers

Okay, this story is quite similar to the Wild Swans. It also has a happy ending and I kind of feel bad for the girl during the majority of the story.

2) Rumpelstiltskin

I bet Du all know the story, and it was my favourite story of all times since I was young. The ending has several different versions, so it's up to Disney to decide!

3) The Merida - Legende der Highlands Little Tailor

We all know that Disney had already made this many years Vor with Mickey and Minnie maus in it, but I bet if Disney were to make a Disney Princess version of it. I don't mind at all!

4) The Riddle

A young princess must solve a riddle with a dramatic climax throughout the story for the prince himself.

5) The White Snake

This story is a little bit like Beauty and the Beast and Snow White. However, I really felt that Disney should make this story.

wavesurf I have the entire compilation of the stories from the Brother's Grimm. My favorite story attributed to them is "The Water of Life." However, I'm going to have to go back and read the ones ( not Rumple) that you've named here.

In the 90s, Disney was going for something different in their leading ladies. They wanted heroines who were COMPLEX, women who were INTERESTING, and they were determined to give (most of) the princesses realistic, believable, and unashamed flaws. These princesses were supposed to be relatable and a lady a normal girl could identify with. Perhaps this is why these princesses are generally preferred to the classics. These princesses had obvious dimensions to their personalities, and all were made to seem like a girl Du could run in to on the street.

Why Rapunzel – Neu verföhnt and Frozen are different.

A lot of people have been complaining that Frozen and Rapunzel – Neu verföhnt are so alike, how Anna and Rapunzel look like twins oder cousins and blah....well, I'm here to give reasons on why they're different.

1: Anna and Rapunzel

I know, I know, so Anna and Rapunzel "look alike." I feel like the Fans say this because they were both structured the same, with a circle/oval head, the young eyes, and young face. Hey, at least they don't have the same hair color! Anna and Rapunzel were both made up Von the same base, meaning the same body, but with different looks, that's all!

In defence of Rapunzel

Rapunzel is one of my favourite princesses. I'm tired of listening to people criticizing Rapunzel and saying that they don't like her for the same reasons, so I wanted to write an Artikel to explain why I don't agree with them.

Rapunzel is flawless

She is not perfect! She's very insecure and at the beginning she's not very brave. Also, she's indecisive. Of course, these flaws don't make her a bad character, but it's just easier to relate to her.

Rapunzel remains the same during all the film, she doesn't change.

Ok the truth is that we don't see a dramatic change in her character, like with Eugene....

Pocahontas has gone through a roller coaster on my list, most recently being 10th on my list, but I've always loved her. I Liebe the color! Her eyes are a cold clear blue, and they make me feel like I'm glancing into the Arctic Circle. However, they are seemingly lashless and plain, which lands them at 13.
