i would say so considering there was actually a billie jean who stalked him and claimed her son was michaels, so it is possible there was actually a groupie oder something that was stalking him and her name could of been diana.
and i think that this could have happend to him because in the (jet interview) he says this...."this song is about groopies and iv experenced this and alot off ppl who where on the road ....and my whole life i dont remeber not performing..."
