Back-story: Born on scenic Mount New Vesuvius in the Ostrien capitol, little Jeremy was chosen early on to go to the Embassies of North America. Due to a mix-up in the filing of papers in the already chaotic Ostriech, he was never registered in either District, he never had to file his income, but never received any allowance from the Old World Governance. After failing to find anyone that would actually return his feelings, he abandoned the quest for a girlfriend and declared himself Platonic to his friends, but fails at that constantly, even though he has never had a romantic relationship.
He stays in contact with his parents Von way of the local cathedral, which has a Nimean priest who is sympathetic towards him.
He always complains that his feet are cold.
