please help!

hmmm.... I have an account but I don't get the site .... I mean... I want to Upload my drawings etc. but is it free oder do I must pay for it... and .... hmmm can someone just explain the basic rules and info?
please help!

well Du just go to Abschicken art and Du can post your art and put it in clubs^^and Du don't have to pay for it,but if your a membership then Du do have to pay,you can't have a Animation Icon unless your a membership,well anyways my user name is shadows698,just so if Du want to know Mehr information^^
