Demi Lovato‘s personal issues are a constant Quelle of chatter surrounding the teen queen. With her semi autobiographical new song ‘Skyscraper,’ which celebrates rising after Du fall, Lovato appears to have come out the other side stronger. But she admits now that she once considered leaving fame, Schauspielen and Musik behind.
To her credit, Lovato has been forthcoming about her battles, not shying away from the topic. In a chat with AOL, Lovato acknowledged that her issues are not uncommon and that so many girls feel as she did, regardless of being in the spotlight oder not. But the teen star, sterne did reach a crossroad where she considered quitting Musik and Schauspielen and fading into obscurity.
“I definitely had to reevaluate my life in every way possible and I had to consider not going back to Schauspielen and Musik as an option,” Lovato admitted. “Ultimately, at the end of the day, my health and my state of mind is Mehr important than any career.”
But after facing those terrifying thoughts and weighing her options, Lovato’s Liebe for Musik made her realize she could not walk away — especially because of its cathartic, redemptive powers. She continued, “I thought, “Music is something that keeps me healthy and that has saved my life at one point, and I Liebe it and I’m not going to give it up.”
She cited the oft troubled actor Robert Downey, Jr. as an example of how to remain healthy and in Zeigen business at the same time. “He’s obviously dealt with a lot and he’s been able to maintain his sobriety and his career at the same time,” Lovato sagte about the actor, who also enjoyed a career comeback. “I kind of look at him as an inspiration. And he’s not the only one, so I’ve seen that it is possible. I took my break away from it and it felt great, but now I’m excited and I’m ready to get back into it.”
Lovato was born to make Musik and to entertain others, inspiring them along the way. She proclaimed that, “This is what I Liebe doing and nothing is going to stop me from doing what I Liebe and inspiring people to better themselves.”
