Crona has a feminine structure and even wears a dress, I'm sorry but I don't find boys wearing dresses and very appealing to my eyes,she also has a girl voice actor and seiyuu and in some of the latest Soul Eater pictures in the manga he has been seen covering herself up very feminine like.

In the beginning, I thought that Crona was a girl, so when Maka and Soul started saying that he was a boy, I was like, "WAAAAH?!?!" I still se Crona as a female because of his feminine physique and girlish tendencies. and when kid, Patty, and Liz went to fight Crona and Ragnarok, I had to say 'thank you!' to Patty for voicing what I kept thinking!
