I turned 40 recently and it made me realize all the heartaches I've been through are all part of me moving on.

I regret being attached to literally everything, but slowly with time I learned to focus on self care and my mental health
I Lost many loved ones and now my mom is sick with kidney failure it feel like she's already gone because she is in bett all the time and barely talks.

So my Guter Rat for anyone who is Lesen this....

Look around you, no doubt that Du need your family oder friends... but ''no one'' will heal Du but your own self.
Start now it is never late.

Your youth is fading each...
