On the jet, Spencer got out his PC and recapped all of his nightmares. He tried to remember as much as possible. *Some of these weren't as gruesome.* he thought. The doc's thoughts were interrupted briefly when he heard Musik coming from someone's phone. "What's that?" he asked. "It's just music, genius." Derek answered tiredly. "I know THAT, Mr. Grump." Spencer replied getting Mehr agitated Von the minute. "What is wrong with you?" Derek asked as if he were clueless. "What wrong with ME?" Spencer remarked sarcastically.

Late that night, Spencer was making a diary of the past nightmares he had. He was careful about the gruesome stuff. He added mainly his relapses. The main reason why he did that was these nightmares had occurred before and during the time of the case in Sacramento. The doc turned and took a sip of his water then noticed Derek. Afew months later, Spencer was finally free of his nightmares-for good! He was finally on some meds to help get rid of them. He never had to keep a journal again. The best part is, he slept all through the night at night. Everyone at the BAU was releaved. Especially Derek. After the case in Sacramento, Derek made a promise to Spencer that he'd always listen. Somehow, Spencer already knew that.

No Mehr nightmares about Mrs. Reid, JJ, Maeve, anyone. Spencer felt like he was free for the first time in forever. He was just glad to be living his life again. He was back to his old self. Even though, everyone got annoyed with the doc's antics, they were all glad he was back to normal. And, everyone liked him that way. Things were definitely looking up. For the better.

Spencer hid this from his family and BAU colleagues. He didn't want anyone fretting over him. He felt he needed to solve this problem on his own.
